Every manager faces the challenge to implement change quickly and effectively in their team and organizations. A new technology, a reorganization, a merger are all events that disrupt the traditional way of acting in a workplace and can threaten engagement and productivity, if not managed properly. In this workshop, we will focus on the factors that make a successful change journey possible and we will enable participants to discuss and enact their leadership style during a change.
Bruno Filipi, former President for Coca-Cola Pacific and former CEO for Coca-Cola China, has 25 years of successful experience in Leadership in more than 30 countries across 3 continents.
Who should attend?
This workshop is suited for professionals who lead small or large teams during the change, and that want to learn, improve or critically reflect on their skill and actions during an organizational change. Participants from all functional areas and all industries are welcome.
The workshop will analyze the challenges posed by change management, together with related opportunities, and will focus on the best practices to adopt. Through case studies, simulations and exercises, participants will:
- Understand the sources of tensions and resistance during a change management program
- Learn how to diagnose the context in which the transformation takes place and devise the appropriate actions to successfully implement change
- Plan and critically consider different types of change intervention
- Assess and reflect on their individual posture as a leader during change
