Conflict Resolution and Building Trust (2days)

Overview

Conflict impacts all of us in one way or another. We are either involved in it directly, compelled to help resolve it, or experience the side effects. Often, when we are engaged in conflict, we become emotionally invested and can lose our ability to respond rationally and reasonably.

This course will examine conflict and provide some techniques for dealing with it in your professional and personal environment. A relational/trust framework will be explored and used to frame conflict for all of the parties involved. This program is a combination of theory and works on practical applied approaches to building trust and/or resolving a conflict.

Additionally, participants will complete pre-assessments prior to the first day of the program.
