Day 1 & 2 Managing Innovation & Design Thinking
Learn how to effectively manage innovation projects within your company by creating new game-changing business models, products or services. Managers need a new set of skills to deal with a rapidly changing environment that requires them to identify and tackle new problems or new ways of solving existing ones. To be competitive and survive we have to become creative more than ever. Learning the way that creative people look at problems and constraints as opportunities, not as threats is the focus of the design thinking approach.
Ivanka Visnjic is a Professor of Innovation at ESADE and a Research Sponsor at the University of Cambridge. Ivanka has taught in MBA and Executive Programs and worked with BAE Systems, Caterpillar, GEA, IBM, Pearson and many more.
Day 3 & 4 Redefining Customer Value
The purpose of this program is to explore the concept of customer value, the heart of marketing. Learn how to influence the customer perception of your brand, product, and service.
Dr. John Branch teaches marketing and international business courses at M.B.A. and executive levels. He conducted management training for Mercedes Benz, Coca-Cola, Michelin, and Nestlé. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge.
